Payment is required once the appointment time is confirmed. If a session is cancelled, the payment will not be forfeited; the session will be moved to another mutually agreed time at no additional charge.
How it works
After the student and tutor agree on a session time, the appointment is confirmed and payment is collected.
If either side needs to cancel, the paid session is simply transferred to another mutually available time. The payment remains as credit for the rescheduled lesson, and no additional rescheduling fee is charged.
Please provide as much notice as possible by emailing mathwithmozam@gmail.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
